Service Provider Disclaimer
Connect My CableNet | Venture Growth LLC operates as an authorized sales and service partner. We do not provide internet or television services directly. All services, including installation, activation, billing, and technical support, are delivered by licensed third-party service providers and governed by their respective terms and policies.
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

2. NATURE OF SERVICE
Connect My Cable Net is an independent marketing partner and authorized retailer.
- Facilitation Only: We facilitate the sale and setup of services provided by third-party carriers (e.g., Xfinity, Spectrum, Cox).
- No Service Liability: We do not own, operate, or maintain the physical internet or cable infrastructure. All technical issues, outages, and service maintenance are the sole responsibility of the Service Provider.
3. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
- Serviceability: Not all plans are available in all areas. Availability is determined by the Service Provider based on the service address provided.
- Estimated Pricing: Prices quoted on this site are estimates. Final monthly rates, including taxes, franchise fees, and equipment rentals, are set by the provider at the time of the service agreement.
- Promotions: “New Customer” promotional rates usually expire after 12–24 months. It is the user’s responsibility to review the Broadband Consumer Labels provided by the carrier.
4. COMMUNICATION & TCPA CONSENT
